Pick-up service – your packaging collected from your home

With pick-up service, you can have your sorted paper, plastic and metal packaging collected from your home. The cost of the service is covered by the producers. It is free of charge for you as a private individual. Glass packaging and newspapers are not included.

Once you have signed up for the service, three sorting bags for indoor use will be sent to you. They are labelled “plastförpackningar” for plastic packaging, “pappersförpackningar” for paper packaging, and “metallförpackningar” for metal packaging. Along with the sorting bags, you will receive liner bags. You then place a liner bag in each of the sorting bags. The liner bags are designed to last about a month.

When the liner bags are full, you must seal them with the provided ties. We can collect up to five bags at a time. Collection of full bags is booked by email or phone, and will take place within two weekdays of booking. Only empty and dry packaging in liner bags will be collected. Bags or sacks other than the provided liner bags will not be accepted. Full bags must be whole and sealed.

If you live in a house, place the full bags at your front door on the day of collection. They must not be placed out by the street. Collection takes place on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00. If you live in an apartment, you need to be at home for collection (which takes place between 17:00 and 21:00), as it is not permitted to leave full bags in the stairwell or out by the street.

You keep the sorting bags for continued use. New liner bags can be ordered by email or phone.

The service is available throughout Sweden. To sign up, you need to register at https://tmr.se/tmr-och-bring/ . After accepting the general terms and conditions, a starter kit will be sent to you by post and you can start using the service. The cancellation period for the service is one month.
